UX/UI Designer
After finishing my bachelor’s degree, I set out into the world of design and worked in different fields, ranging from video editing over visual design to creating marketing assets for big companies. During this time I quickly realized that what drives me is and has always been something else: UX. Nothing motivates me as much as solving actual, real life problems and being part of a culture in which these issues can be tackled head-on in an efficient way.
I’ve been working on UX projects now for more than 4 years combined. I practice user centered design principles, identify user needs and merge them with business goals of my employers to create a lasting impression and a streamlined workflow across all devices – and I learn something new each day.
Being the Lead UX/UI designer at amesso, I envision and evaluate new business models for our mother company. I am the link between the goals of the company and the end-to-end user experience, weighing off between how to build an MVP that is easily accessible, understandable and satisfying, and how to merge it with what the company wants to achieve. I am responsible for creating a strategic growth plan in online activity, CRO, scope/scaling of these services, and optimizing the experience through analyzing usage data. At the same time, I’m a consultant to the company and attend strategic meetings, teach employees UX-methodology and deliver keynotes and seminars.
